One of my proudest behind-the-scenes wins? Helping shape people and systems through thoughtful curriculum and policy work.
As curriculum writer and Indigenous consultant for BCIT and Whistler Learning Centre (2018–2020), I developed new employee engagement plans and Nation-based Red Seal chef training programs. I also served on the Sea to Sky Grant Making Committee with EVO and Arc’teryx, redesigning how funding reaches BIPOC organizations.
These projects show I don’t just speak about reconciliation - I design practical frameworks that create opportunity and equity.
