• Unopened Only: Returns accepted for unopened, undamaged bottles within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions – once it's opened, it's yours (health regs, ya know?).

• What's Covered: If it's our bad (wrong item, damaged in transit, or defective), we'll sort it with a full refund or replacement, shipping included.

• No-Go's: No returns for change of mind, opened products, or after 14 days. Shipping costs aren't refundable unless we messed up.

• How to Do It: Hit us up at hello@blackbirdgroup.ca with your order number, a quick pic if needed, and why you're returning. We'll process refunds to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
